When do I earn the $500 referral fee?
You earn $500 for each referred business that signs with Talos Connect. How a signed client is defined and when the payment is made are set out in the partner agreement you receive on approval, and your private statement page shows the status of every business you referred.
Do I have to sell or support the client?
No. Referral partners make the introduction and Talos does the rest: the demo, the quote, setup, number porting, billing and support. You are welcome to join the demo call if the business would like you there.
How long does a referral link stay active?
When a business opens your link, the referral code is remembered on that device for 90 days, and any inquiry the business sends in that window is tagged to you. Introductions you send us by email are recorded directly, so they do not depend on the link.
Can I refer businesses outside Texas?
Yes. Talos Connect serves businesses anywhere in the United States, and setup, number porting, training and support are all delivered remotely, so you can refer a business in any state.
Can a current Talos Connect customer join the referral program?
Yes. Customers make some of the best referral partners because they can describe the product from daily use. Apply with the form on this page and mention that you are a customer.
What if I would rather earn recurring commission?
