Where Talos Connect comes from
Talos Connect is built by Talos Automation, LLC, the Houston company founded by Scott McAuley. The same team designs AI voice agents and business process automation for companies that need something more custom than a product, and Talos Connect is where that work became a platform any local business can switch on.
The phones underneath it come from long experience running them. Our sister company TMG has spent years delivering managed IT and business VoIP for Houston offices, including healthcare and legal practices with strict compliance needs, and Talk Is Cheap focuses on phone systems for small offices that cannot afford to miss a call. Talos Connect brings those pieces together: a phone system that knows your customers, and an AI receptionist that finishes the job.
